Since 2012 we’ve been serving up our wood-fired pizzas all over the South West and beyond, from street food markets, weddings to private and corporate events. Over the years we’ve had a lot of fun experimenting and perfecting our craft and now love nothing more than sharing our pizzas with you.

Our dough is made fresh for each event and goes through a slow rise for at least 48hrs-72hrs. This creates a more complex flavour and makes for a light crust with a delicate crunch, a pillow soft interior and a pleasing (and very addictive!) chew.
Our sauce is simply San Marzano tomatoes bursting with all the flavour of the Italian sun and the finest Cornish sea salt.
Our toppings are the best we can source. We use the finest fior de latte and creamy buffalo mozzarella as standard. We then like to showcase some great seasonal produce from both Italy and our network of awesome local producers and even grow a lot of our own!
